It's been 5 days now . :') . 
I don't know what happened , but , if you needed time , I grant you that . 
If you needed privacy , I grant you that . 
If you needed space , I grant you that .
If you needed love , You know where to go . 
If you needed care , You know where to go . 
If you needed smiles , You know where to go .

Okay , I'm done with my okay-okay-la poem . :P 
Let's see , let's see , what to post ; 
Okay , so here's something I've been doing for the past few weeks or so , I've been skipping ropes . 
Yes , skipping ropes may direct you to the feminine side . But , boxers had always use skipping rope as a method to improve stamina , keeping your legs going , getting yourself THE RHYTHM , faster movement etc.etc. 
So , according to the magazine ( FHM ) , it's said that , one must AT LEAST do 2-3 minutes of skip rope ( that will be estimately ; about 300 times of jumping la , FOR ME ) , MAXIMUM 15 minutes . 
I can do about , 2 1/2 minutes ? DON'T EVER UNDERESTIMATE IT , IT'S NOT EASY . 
And then , yeah , as usual , push up . :) 
I don't know why , people find it difficult to do 20 a set . But for me , it's like normal la , easy . :) 
I intend to keep myself fit and tonned , don't want any BALL on my belly when I'm 20 ++ right , besides , GIRLS love it right ? LOL :P .
